How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your Forge Wallet qualifies for a warranty claim, please submit your request via the contact form on our website. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product so our support team can review your case efficiently.
Shipping and Return Responsibility
For all approved warranty claims, the customer is responsible for returning the product to us. Please note that our fulfillment center is located in Europe, and international return shipping costs can be significant.
We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping service when returning your item. Forge does not accept any responsibility for packages lost in transit, and returns without tracking that do not arrive cannot be processed under warranty.
All returned products must be sent in their original packaging to be eligible for warranty processing. Items returned without original packaging may result in delays or rejection of the warranty claim.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, any approved refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the product at our facility.
Warranty Coverage
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that affect the normal function of your Forge Wallet. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at no additional charge.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
Important Limitations and Exclusions
While our Lifetime Warranty is designed to give you complete peace of mind, there are certain situations where it does not apply. Natural wear that occurs over time — such as minor scratches or cosmetic marks — is considered normal use and is not covered. Damage caused by accidents, neglect, misuse, or improper handling of the product also falls outside the scope of this warranty. Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Forge are excluded as well. Battery depletion or failure is considered a normal characteristic of consumable components and is therefore not included under warranty. Finally, the tracking feature depends on third-party services; if support is discontinued by Apple or becomes unavailable, this functionality is not covered.
By purchasing and using a Forge product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Lifetime Warranty Policy. Forge reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Warranty does not cover battery depletion. Warranty does not cover physical damage. Warranty does not apply if the product has been used improperly. Warranty for the tracking function is void if Apple discontinues support.
